I dont eat as much as I used to, I must have stopped growing. Its annoying because I used to be able to win any eating competition but now I just eat like a large adult, instead of twice what an adult normally eats. I suppose eating so much is responsible for me being 6'3" at 15, (well turned 16 recently)

Think I was starved of food as a Kid, might explain why I'm not even 6 ft tall and now I'm 27 I doubt there is much chance of me growing much more I think the beer intake does a lot to make me overweight though the food and lack of exercise doesn't help any I tend* not to eat so much now, but its something I force myself to do, and its getting easier

Also depends what you call 'overweight' because me being 13.5 stone isn't (in my view) overweight however there are some people who would view that as overweight. I also do weight lifting so most of my weight is muscle whereas some people could be as heavy as me yet much more 'fat' (assuming they are 6' tall) due to the fact that muscle weighs more than fat.

You wouldn't want to be much lighter than that, not at your height... last time I was weighed, I was about 16 stone or something its all mainly on my (beer) gut I've lost some* since then, I've seen that in my waist measurements decreasing as I'v egot new jeans and belts If you do a lot of exercise/weights, then at your height, you could probably be a very comfetable 15 stone and not really be overweight, just so long as not too much of it was beer gut

Yes, I'm planning to build up my weight over the next year or two, so 15 stone would be nice. And as of yet none of it is a beer gut, because I dont drink regularly, (last time was new year, and before that was nov 15)

Everyone keeps telling me if I keep eating how I do then I will be really fat whan I'm 25, but for the time being, I'm happy to keep shoveling in the junk food every lunch time.

Don't listen to them; you can get away with it when you are still young, so long as you don't begin piling on the pounds too fast when you do, thats when you'l need to cut back on the chips and crisps and burgers

Like I said I'm hapy to keep eating how I am until I start to get fat, then I will consider a slightly more convservative approach to food.

I'm bloody bored, but not hungry. Hopefully I get tired pretty soon, so that I can go to bed. Some might help.

I'm bored, I'm going to maybe play on my playstation, then read a bit more of my book and then at 8 get ready to go to pub. But I'm not stopping out long, i usually try to get to bed for half eleven so i can get plenty of sleep beforework
