If I understand anythign about it, its as a result of the rcent storey line in the Archurs... according to that you just go to some local clinic and they do plenty of tests and a few months later you've got a bun in the oven... I'd have thought a local GP/doctor would be initial point of contact as they would do appropiate refering you to local hopsital/clinic departments who deal in such matters Pressuming we are talking about a human rather than a flower or a farmyard animal
