A friend of mine crashed her boyfriend's car (which he really liked).
He didn't get mad and still lets her drive the new car.
I was impressed!

Even after 20 years, when in the thick of an argument, you realize that her endearing natures and traits FAR out-number those few annoying quirks.

You can talk about anything and everything without being embarrassed/ridiculed/ignored

You love incredibly random things about them that other people probably dont even notice (or take a disliking to). You find their grumpy face endearing and their elbows beautiful. Their nose seems to protrude from their face at exactly the right angle. You feel more comfortable around them than you do around anyone else, or on your own. You know their imperfections but are prepared to ignore, or even love them.

And on the other side:sending text messages every 10 minutes and he doesn't think you're a stalker. OR sending text messages that are designed to get a response and him responding genuinely and nicely as if he knows what you are doing.
