Palm Tree Seeds

I have about 100 green Queen Palm tree seeds ready to fall.There is also a frond of yellow little buds hanging next to the seeds .How do I grow the seeds?/germinate?

Deja-vu moment!!!!
Maybe like my avocado stone?
I put it in water for a month until it had a good root and was showing greenery, and then transferred it to a pot with compost. Two weeks later a small bit of greenery appeared and now 3 weeka later, it is 18" (45cm) high.
The Deja-vu moment?
I was just talking to my work colleague about my avocado and this post appeared.
How 
is that?
However I do seem to recollect being told that palm seeds need high temperatures ( no, not boiling 
) so may be wrong!

I do have a book about growing more exotic plants BUT I'm not sure where it is.I'll have a think(I'm sure it's not in the attic) and hopefully get back to you when I find the book..
