No you're not to blame in any way. Indeed the staff and the BBC will be pleased with you for pointing out that someone is ripping off their content.
Does anyone else remember years back when some chatroom / messageboard company ripped off a sub-set of h2g2's smilies? I do recall the BBC's lawyers getting involved
