Hiya,
We've been using Cloudmark spamnet for ages, and its been ace, but its just stopped working the last couple of days, and I can't get on to their website. They aren't responding to e-mails. I've tried to find a discussion group or something where I could find out what's happening, but I can't find anything . . . Anyone got any advice? Anyone else using it? same problem or it just us? Any ideas on how I can find out what's happening? (I'm not very good at search engines!)

Also did a quick search of the news.admin.net-abuse.email newsgroup and there don;t appear to be any recent reports of problems with the service, but I did find the following message from back in March about how some of the M$ patches had caused a block to various spam filters:

Thanks . . . I still can't get through to it . . . baffling . . . what might cause me particularly not to be access the website? I've tried using different browsers . . .
I don't think its the problem mentioned in that discussion, but thanks for looking!

It's working for me.Could be a proxy issue with your ISP.Who are they?

Legend. Grrrr. They don't answer the phone. And it is definitely something wrong at ISP level.

Well if you are on the hunt for a new ISP try Net4Nowt for some advice first.They get everyone to rate their isp there so hopefully you can get some insights before changing.If you can change that is.
