Cause of death?

Post 21

Tikan (ACE)

I think it might have been an inside job. It was obviously carefully planned and nobody sought out to see what it was all about. The ACEs and Subs, must be really great....

OK removes ACE hat as a researcher of over 50 articles ans don't ask me to count the number of fora I've contributed to. I think rumours of h2g2's death are greatly exagarated, to misquote a certain Mark Twain.

stop saying fora!!! I am sure it is the appropiate term but why not say forums? It is not like the plural of radius or cactus is it? All this cultural differences are driving me nuts!

Uh oh, it appears that my little talk about the guide being dead was a bad omen. Instead of the online guide passing on the real guide, or rather its voice, has moved beyond the universal divide.
A friend sent me this:

Peter Jones, who provided the voice of The Book in the radio and TV
productions of The Hitch-Hiker's Guide To The Galaxy, passed away of a short
illness.

The 79-year-old actor and comedian had also appeared in the 1960s British TV
comedy The Rag Trade and was an original contestant on the BBC Radio 4 weekly
game show Just A Minute.

Tis a sad sad day for bored web users everywhere. And now, I shall attempt to read the will again, "(clears throat) Okay, the will gets to the point quickly and it says quite bluntly that, ... hey, what are you doing in here? And put down that knife. Now don't come any closer!!! AHHH!! AH! AH!"
