*the sleeping dog's paws twitch, briefly*

*breaks wind loudly*

exits room rapidly....trips over rattle snake....runs back in...decides snake is better option, runs back out....

*Nobody hides*

*Pulls out harmonica. Looks like he really might use it this time*

*pulls out guitar with no strings*

*silently strums*

* Stops playing piano and turns round to stare *

*turns head slightly, looks as though he is about to say something, then thinks better of it and remains silent*

*Places cards face down on the felt table meaningfully and eyes the card player opposite, momentarily pausing the game whilst turning briefly to one side and hawk into the spitoon*

Ting!

*nods in a "whats it to be then?" way*

Pauses whilst polishing a shot glass, then puts it on the bar top whilst getting a bottle of the bar's strongest drink.

*Wanders into the thread. Opens his mouth to say something, but thinks better of it. Leaves the thread.*
