...or does Hootoo seem to be running a wee bit slow today. By a wee bit slow I mean it seems to be connecting about as fast as a geriatric tortoise with a zimmer frame

Most of the tortoises I know with zimmer frames move at a speed a lot faster than this.... Getting lots of the normal* errors, pages not loading, etc... makes me wonder why I've got broadband...

It's not just you, I can't seem to get many threads to load at all and my space has been blank apart from 'Welcome to the personal space of Researcher 216863' bit.

You're not alone creacy - it's taking forever to get anywhere today.

Is it just me, or does everything seem to have returned to normal?

I can't believe it has taken me several attempts to post this, changing each time. Very annoying.

Its certainly a lot faster. I was getting nowhere earlier, I went and did a windows update and checked my emails before the page i wanted loaded.

Apparently it was a penguin from the front page that fell into the servers.

And what's worse they've now gone and fed the hamster to the penguin

With a full belly, will the penguin thus need a nap? Will we be penguin-less? How do we deal with such a situation ....
