That's one of the hardest-to-get-rid-of songs once it gets a foothold! Particularly that chorus: Blibby blop bloopy, nibby nobby noopy la la la lo lo (or something that sounds a lot like it).

yep... I think the song's about 3 years old, but i bought the CD last week... i was browsing, and saw it, and i'm like "hey! I know that!" and i thought the cd's actually pretty good...

the theme tune to HR Puffenstuff... which is a pain, because I only know the first line or two.
the reason is a convo I'm having about it elsewhere (and I believe I had the same convo here on h2g2 not long ago)
