Of different types liike, yeh, how many different types of cheese do you have in your fridge? I've Edam, mature chedder (about two different sorts I think), brie, Camenburg, oak smoked wenslidale, and bavarian smoked chedder.

Currently I only have Red Leicester as there's only a few days left of term. Normally I have about 4.

I have mature Cheddar, Emmmental, Bavarian smoked cheese, garlic'n'herb cream cheese, Stilton, and Parmigiano Reggiano.

Ready grated Emmental
block of cheddar
block of Roquefort
block of permesan
spready garlicky herb stuff
spready "Dairylea" equivalent
cubes of feta in a herby oil.

As you can see, a 'won't touch cows' milk with a bargepole but nevertheless am obsessed with cheese' theme is emerging.

Goats camenburg? I bet thats pretty strong? Never had it... not sure if I've seen it... Don't you like cows milk then?

2legs - goats' camambert in process of stinking fridge out throught three layers of plastic wrapping!

And it's not that I don't like cow's milk, but I'm allergic to it - I get eczema all over my legs and hands. As I type my shins look as if I've been burnt and then battered - all red and scabby (ick) - because I spent Christmas saying 'oh what the hell' and eating everything I was offered, and the months since saying 'well, I've got eczema anyway...'. So now I am on a major no cow's udder shall come near my fridge crusade. I have never read food labels so carefully.

I recall this conversation with food and emotions.
Vulscombe goats cheese (which is a local cheese, and the best)
Cheddar (for the kids)
Stilton (for the blue cheese sauce, but normally its Devon blue but the cheese shop was shut)
Feta (not in herby oil, plain in a pack to go with the olives and hummus)
Medditeranean goats cheese (A hard cheese with pepper bits in it, makes a fantastic medditeranean cheese sauce)

I think I'll have to hunt down some of that goats milk Camenburg, I've had goats cheese a fair few times before and found it rather nice s off to check on the Waitrose grocery site

They don't have any I might get some more sage derby though next time I do a shop, haven't had any of that in a while... and some more of that Swiss cheese I can never remember teh name of Hmm, perhaps I should see if I can find an online cheese specialist store that can diliver some of the Goat Camenburg They always seem to want you to buy about 30 KG of cheese at a time though, which even for me is a bit much to get through over a few weeks

Only two. A bit of medium cheddar and some brie, plus whatever Master B has left in the fridge from the weekend.

You could try this place, it's our local supplier of delicious cheeses all made in the westcountry.....ooooaarrrgh (I think thats how you spell it)
You'll find the vulscombe goats cheese there that I reckon is the best goats cheese ever especially if you don't normally like goats cheese.
