I work with someone who uses the Telewest 'blue yonder' hotmail system. They have accidentally deleted their junk e-mail folder and now they have a problem with what sounds like an unwanted junk e-mail perpetually trying to download itself in some kind of loop.
How can they restore their junk e-mail folder - all help gratefully received.

Your question is too vague 
Telewest hotmail system? I'm not sure such a thing exists... are we talking hotmail.com, or something completely different?
What is it they're trying to do, and what happens when they try and do it? Are there error messages?
Tell us what you can, and hopefully someone can help

Apparantly the system is Blueyonder.
The system keeps saying 'message no3 could not be received by blue yonder' and then goes on to say 'no server error - error no: 0x8004200cd' which sounds a contradiction in terms.
This message then blocks access to the mailing system.
All thoughts gratefully received.
