h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

There's a stag night next weekend and, while I'm not invited I have been asked to find a hostel that has rooms big enough to sleep ten people as a group booking. Does anybody know of such a hostel?

I've looked at Generator (the obvious one) but they don't have any rooms that big.

HELP! I'm fairly sure I can blag a pint or five for anybody that comes up with a solution.

Would a Youth Hostel do? There seem to be rooms with 10 beds in two of the London youth hostels at St Paul's and Thameside:

You'd probably be charged a few quid extra if you're not members of the association, but as far as I know there aren't any other restrictions.

I've never stayed in either of them, so I have no idea what they're like, but it might be what you're looking for. Good luck.

The Youth Hostel at St Pauls is quite nice and I think they've got rooms for 10+ people. If you want otuside of London there's quite a few places where you can rent the entire hostel pretty cheaply

2legs, where will the meet be, near St. Pauls or would St Pancras be the better option for a hostel?

Errr....... I'm probably not the best person to ask... the evening venue looks likely to be the Shakespears head in High Holborn, rather than the pub near ST pauls where we've been before

Tjhank you, there is a link on thje meet page, and I looked at the map, and I now booked a hostel at St Pancras because that doesn't seemk to be far away and is convenient for going to the airport

I'm sure Mrs Windsor at Buck House would have a room if you asked her nicely enough and promised to bring treats for the corgis

There are not enough orgys in the world. There should and indeed needs to be more orgys. If there were more orgys in the world, every day each day, and more people involved in orgys, the world would be a better place. The world of orgy would enlighten everyone of every nation, and all together as one heaving sweating mass of naked flesh, each and every person, would realise that 'stuff' wasn't worth fighting or argueing over. the whole world would live in peace and without war, if only we could encourage each and every person on the plannet to be in at least one orgy a week. well... I think so anyhow
