Can you help identify the fruit/veg in this picture?

We're trying to identify the names of all the fruit and veg in this picture (yes, we're a bit bored 
) We're surprised at how little we know.
One that's particularly bugging us is the pink fruit to the left of the lady's arm.

Looks like a dragon fruit to me! Sometimes called a pitaya. Tastes a bit like a kiwi fruit with the same sort of little black seeds inside it.

There's some physalis just above the dragon fruit.
Although the fact that they're in a bag with 'physalis' written on is a bit of a giveaway.

I took that picture and turned it into a jigsaw for my computer (I've got a great game I bought off the net called BigJig) - damned thing's been driving me mad for the last 3 hours
