Greet snow anywhere else the in the world with
"Call that snow? Why back in Helsinki we used to ski to school in temperatures of minus 50!"
Have very strange rules regarding the purchase of alcohol, and so have to resort to distilling it themsleves out of old potato skins.

...It's a very nice country they are like Britain in sio many ways, they drink tea and eat Fish although not covered in batter and served with chips. They are both island isolationists that hate the mainland continents!

In copying what the West does, they better it within the first decade and the West spends the rest of the millenia failing to catch up (cinema, electronics, cars, motorcycles, trains...)
