Anyone else seen hootoo Entries on BBC pages? It's often mentioned that they are not used by the BBC.

Finally!
That page is taking an age to load though.
Do you think they've realised they made a mistake and have started to edit the page?
I don't think I've ever seen a hootoo link in a BBC page.

Bondage, Chocolate body paint and now...and now! Anthea flippin' Turner! Tell me it was the rubber gloves that attracted you to that space otherwise I might have to revise my thinking

I'll fess up magwitch, i looked up the site after I had watched Anthea Turner's Perfect Housewife's on cable teleport on TV, I like watching that, and 'How Clean is your House', as not matter how much mess my house is in, it's nowwhere near as bad as theirs.
to disapoint magwitch

Okay, it was the rubber gloves - I was s-o-o devastated at not getting any of Woolworths erotic furry edged rubber gloves in my Christmas stocking last year, that I've spent the whole of this years desperately searching for them online. That's also the real reason I watch 'How clean is your house', they use furry edged rubber gloves
Everyone happy now

It's quite common on the music pages to come across an h2g2 link. eg:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/mostpunk/
Also the feature box at the top right on either the home page http://www.bbc.co.uk/ or the Talk page http://www.bbc.co.uk/communicate/ often has an h2g2 link in it's list of 3-4 other places on the same topic. Both change on a daily basis.

Hmmm they seem to be advertising h2g2 rather than linking to indiviual Entries coelacanth, Anthea's page links to a Guide Entry.

The 'h2g2 Punk in Britain' goes to hootoo's Front Page, not the 'Punk Music in Britain' - A791336 which it could do.

This link (http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/A493670) been on the Radio 4 News Quiz page for years.
It actually appears quite high up the page, and really provides the only 'profile' of the show on the site.

h2g2 entries don't seem to turn up in the BBC search very often, but A832411 was a "BBC Best Link" when I was searching for information about the Cold War.

Anyone else seen the link to the h2g2 entry on This Life - right there on the BBC's Front Page prime announcement spot.
It is part of the 'ad' for a forthcoming reunion episode.
Go Richy! Go H2G2!
Right up there on the front page!!!

And it looks as if someone has signed up just to ask a question on the entry involved!
