Are elves from a different reality, or different planet? Are we related to elves in any way?

I always figured we evolved from Elves. And then when the polar ice caps receeded after the Ice Age, they all migrated to the North Pole because they weren't used to the warmer weather.

Who would they go through to the North Pole? Was something wrong with Israel?
Or do you think there could be another interdimensional or interstellar portal up there?

They were obviously captured and enslaved by Saint Nick.....

Elves and other faery folk are quite possibly racial or bardic memories of prehistoric cultures, such as the monolith builders. Take the example of Puck, there are a number of variations for this otherworldling around Britain and Ireland, and it could simply be a corruption of Pict, who were often described as painted, short in stature and living underground. The physical truth turned to dust a long time ago but the warped impressions remained creating myth and legend.

Or even the last remnants of the Neanderthals, which some reckon were pushed to the inhospitable places in Europe, such as UK.....
