Did this in my space but I wouldn't mind hearing everyone else's as well. Wot's yer favourite love song? Mine is *She* by Aznavour or Elvis Costello. So far on my space we have *Skinimarinkido*, *As Time Goes By* from Casablanca, and *If Not For You* by Dylan.

I'm contemplating thinking about thinking
It's so frustrating just get another drink in
That's sappy to me

If there were no words, no way to speak
I would still hear you.
If there were no tears, no way to feel inside
I'd still feel for you.
And even if the sun refused to shine, even if romance ran out of rhyme
You would still have my heart until the end of time
You're all I need, my love, my Valentine

Almost anything from "Where do you go to my lovely". All so cheesey you can't *not* listen to it.
Favourite love song is much more difficult, as several have been tainted by associations with unsuitable oafs (or should that be oaves?).
Um, currently maybe Here with me by Dido, Nothing Else Matters, Babylon, With or Without You (although not really suitable when you listen to it). Probably lots more depending on mood, company, and quantity of alcohol consumed

She's got eyes of the bluest skies
And if they thought of rain
I'd hate to look into those eyes
And see an ounce of pain
Not only is it sappy, but it rocks hard, too!

Funnily enough , SCOM has just featured in another thread about great intros followed by cr*p songs!
All in the eye of the beholder.
I love suspicious minds, but the p*$$poor fadeout has irritated me for 30 years! Why couldn't they sort it out in the remastering??
Oh, btw, sack Gareth [cheese-monster of this parish - there was a nice joke in Bradford the other week when he claimed to come from London cos no-one knows where Bradford is - that he was going to release "Maybe it's because I'm a Londoner" as a double a-side with "Stupid Mistake"] Fine Young cannibals had a far superior version!
My cheesy favourite of the moment is Brian Kennedy's "Get on with your short life"
