Like I said, the best political debate I've seen on hootoo in a long while
I concede to Edward's greater talent in these biscuity matters and retract my Jaffa Cake vote. Now where do I put it? Danish butter cookies? Baklava?

Coconut Cremes are the nuts of politics, but right or left-wing?
"Be Nice - Vote Nice" (Hey, at least we've got a slogan)
Are Fig Rolls the natural recipients of the "Grey" vote?

And pink wafers would presumably get the pink vote.
If there's a biscuit coalition proposal, don't forget Sports biscuits, very important with the London Olympics to be planned.
I do feel that the chocolate digestive is something of a "luxury" biscuit - my vote would probably go to the custard cream.

We're moving to Scotland. The Gruesomes have decided we want to vote for (Walker's) Shortbread.

I think you'll find there is a lot of ill-feeling towards all things Scottish in the UK political goldfish bowl at the moment. If the Little Englanders baulk at the idea of Gordon Brown becoming PM, their little heads will implode at the thought of shortbread.

What an intrigueing (did I spell that right?) conversation, and I have to say for me it is a straight fight between the garribaldi and the nice biscuits.
but even with S.W.L doing a fantastic campaign for the Nice biscuit it still has the sugar problem whereas the garribaldi has no drawbacks and even has a name that the general masses will vote for
so thats it decision made Garribaldi for PM

I suppose the gayest biscuits are gypsy creams.
(Not intended as a homophobic comment...I'm not using 'gay' in a Chris Moyles sense).
