The list of famous people that nobody dislikes must be small. Contributions invited. To start off:
Johnny Ball

I'd like to be able to nominate Ken Livingstone, but I know there are plenty of people who would like to buy him a concrete overcoat
So I'll go with Brian Johnston for now.

Anyone violently opposed to that iconic newsreader Sir Trevor McDonald?

I saw him in person once in Lydford Gorge (just west of Dartmoor) right close up because the paths are very narrow and he smokes very smelly cigars - how about Spike Milligan?

Can't object to Spike.
How about Sophie Raworth - she who reads the news at 6 on BBC1?

Don't know her personally - that's the trouble with nominating celebrities. From experience I know that some of them are quite different in the flesh so to speak!

Sophie Raworth seems nice. I didn't like Jill Dando much. Some people are too nice to be true.

Jonny Ball is the biggest snokbucker this side of the planet snok.
Trevor McDonald gives me hives and Spike Milligan nicked my bicycle pump.
BBC Radio Four's Charlotte Green, on the other hand, is like a light shining inside the crystal bowl of everyone's dreams.

Terry Wogan
Now no one can activly detest him, can they? What's he ever done (excluding the floral dance) that was so terrible?

*Currently actively detesting Terry Wogan*.
He's just really, really irritating in the way that only an Irish accent combined with someone who talks and load of waffle and WILL NOT SHUT UP can be.

I've been told that I'll win this game if I say:
Eamonn Holmes
No, I don't know who he is or what he's supposedly famous for.
