oh! you mean college/school - not layering things up and sticking them on paper...

[Mozilla 1.0 on Redhat Linux]
Okay - in general it looks okay and well done on doing a site with lots of pages and the like. The rest of this is pretty negative - things you could well do with improving. Don't get downhearted.

First, stick it through a validator
http://validator.w3.org/
Validators catch most mistakes in html, broken links and the like. Valid code is much more likely to work in webbrowsers you may not have access to.
The front page fails at the first step - no document type.

Hmm - do you really need the frames?
HOME
The blue links on the blue ground are nearly unreadable.

PRODUCTS
The drop down in the left frame in the products section is good.
The right frame products page requires scrolling horizontally - this is a bad thing.
MONITORS
The monitors page is nice and readable and nicely laid out. I would have kept the images cells in the table all the same size though - it looks a little odd changing size part way down. The font size changing further down the page, for the later monitors, is also strange. Be consistent - the bold headings (eg "manufacturer") in the top descriptive cell is good - so why are they not bold in later cells?

DISCLAIMER
One has to scroll down in order to read the disclaimer - better off having it at the TOP of the right frame.

CONTACT US
You have pictures missing -make sure they are there, spelt right and have permissions to view them set correctly.

BUY
Do you *really* need it to open in a new window - that kind of thing annoys lots of people.
There's no ' in "Codes" - it's a plural, not a belonging to.
You didn't tell me I'd have to remember the codes though, which is a bad move.
The submit doesn't work - just opened a *blank* email window for me. You need to have the form putting info into the email.
Reset works though.
Add the disclaimer to the buy page - top and near the submit button.

Hope that feedback helps

IMHO the text/background colour is very important - blue on similar blue is really hard to read for soemone with good sight - it's impossible for someone with poor sight.

I don't mind at all you printing off my feedback.

A few more hopefully helpful points.

On mozilla 1.2.1 on Windows 2000 the initial set of buttons on the left don't display at all and the others have problems. Probably because you have used the tag which isn't supported in all browsers (in fact I think IE may be the only one that does,

For all Images set ALT attributes - this will emnable "tool tips" to appear when you move the mouse over it if you use internet explorer

To make this work on all browsers set a title attribute as well so the code looks like

Set a page title so it doesn't show as "new page 1" in the title bar.

Are the prices real? If so I may be interested in some meory smiley - biggrin

Have fun

right...
the backgroubd is causeing me some problems, the words are not visiable becase that the color all links apear its the deafalt, and i dont know how to change that and changing the background will involve takeing the whole thing down, modifying all the pages putting it back up, printing all the pages off in color agin, which involves buing more ink ect.. .

Im going to change the first page title now though..
and the prices are sort of from http://www.eclipse-computers.com/ .

Using Mozzilla 1.2.1 on Windows 2000

I don't get the menu on the left at all. There's a table with a border, and something in it, but it appears to be invisible.

From a style point of view, dump the borders. That may just be personal preference though.

Clicking refresh increases the hitcounter, really it shouldn't do this as it'll be giving you false stats.

The sub menu in products has a very fast moving help thing, if this is a marquee, I'd say dump it. Marquees don't work well across different platforms, and don't really add anything to a site.
Another personal miff is not having an image, and saying it sort of thing. Try and get an image, it makes a lot of difference to the end product if all the pictures are there.
Left/Right scroll within a frame is a bit annoying aswell. Try using percentages in the image/table layout to get the page to flow as the window is resized.

The link text colour is a pain of a thing to have to worry about. You've already mentioned this though so I won't go into it smiley - smiley

One thing that I like to see is the main logo of anysite being a link back to the front page, saves having to click back several times from within a site.

It's a very good start though. You've got the flow of use just about right it seems. smiley - smiley

Good change on the link colour! That goes well smiley - smiley

I still don't get a menu as such on the first page though, the marquee tag just isn't working on Mozilla.
