"Why does everyone have to make this site seem so complicated?"
Um... because it's complicated? Example:
"We break the rules,we get told by the italics what we have done,we apologise and that is that."
What if you HAVEN'T broken the rules, but it looks, at first glance, like you have? (e.g. posting something alledgedly "not in English" which several English speakers immediately recognised as a quote from a very, very famous book?). (Answer: you get an Official Warning, later rescinded)
What if you DON'T get told by the Italics what you have done, until AFTER you're banned and therefore don't have the opportunity to apologise? (Answer: your situation leads to a change in the policies of the site, but you stay banned.)
What if you DON'T apologise, because, for example, something you said which you are only now being punished for was perfectly acceptable for MONTHS? (Answer: your account is suspended for a week and then you're reinstated with a clean slate)
Note: I'm not dissing ANY of the decisions above. I'm just pointing out that the reason people see things as complicated is because they sometimes are.

So now you go and unsubscribe AGAIN!!
Anyway it is only complicated if you choose to make it complicated, mainly because some seem to thrive on confrontation.
The point I'm making is that if you choose to be confrontational then maybe you must expect to find yourself being 'discriminated' against.I think however the word discriminate was the wrong word. It's is the usual word that those who stir things up usually accuse authority of doing when all that authority is doing is trying to impose some order especially if it is in their remit to do so.A high number of disruptive and awkward students that I have taught always claim this even when they have brought about situations where I have to reprimand and punish them because they have yet again trangressed basic school rules.
The italics are the representative of the owners authority and they are doing a very difficult task which they will from time to time appear to get wrong.Someone, however has to be in charge and have the final word however unfair it might appear.I understand you think they should be consistant but speaking as a parent and a teacher this is not always possible in reality.People are human and can only try their best.
