Funny little rituals

I have develped a few rituals over the last few months.
1 sparying disinfectant on most things twice a day luckily this has now stoped and no drugs need to be prescribed.
although come to think of it i have always had to wrap the duvet around me with feet out regarless of the temperature
2 my latest is to listen to radio four before sleeping can commence. this is so punk rock!

The way I open up hundreds of windows with the msgs I should reply to then work through them 1 by 1!
