It was around the time of the Y2K scare. That wasn't exactly the whole story. Apperently some wantabee threatned with some virus that would let him launch attacks with what ever he wanted on what ever. Just so happens that the CIA or the FBI had a list of the best hackers in the world. I was on it, along with five others in my group. We were picked up and taken to some location.

You mean the Script Kidde? Yea. Turns out he really could of, but, let's just say the only thing you will find of his computer is a molten mass of steel, silicon, and plastic.

Well, he is now held in a very remote area, far from any technology period. Sad, he could have become a hero, but he had a 1-d10t error, or he was an idiot. I forgot about the need to cut down on my leet speak.

Hey, without geeks, you wouldn't have a lot of stuff you have today. I also like to invent.

*Kat looks distracted and scratches her head*
Papers papers papers...where are your papers...??
Medical Bay
Scandrea Posted May 7, 2005
*Enters the med bay.*
Doc? I'm here for the check-up. I know it's been a little more than three days, but...
*Looks embarrassed as she has a seat.*
Anyway, I'm feeling better.

Kat - From H2G2 Posted May 8, 2005
*Kat turns from the new-comer, holding up a finger and looks at Scandrea with a blank look*
Check-up check-up...now which check-up would that be major? You're often supposed to be in here for check-ups but seem to turn up in here only when you've been out in the field *she smiles cheerfully*
Now...where on earth have I put your records? Gosh this place is a MESS! *She turns back to the new-comer* sorry I'll let you sort out your papers and the like whilst I just talk to the major here. Help yourself to coffee if you like...having said that...*she wheels quickly over to the coffee machine and grabs a cup*
Ahhh...anyway where were we major? Do have a seat over here...*she indicates a bed at the other end of the bay* Now do recap for me, I seem to be losing track of things in my old age *she rolls her eyes*

Scandrea Posted May 8, 2005
Well, you were in a bit worse shape than I was at the time- it was only my leg, and a pretty good sized concussion. Your brain was falling out.
*Gives a weak smile.*
Sorry, bad joke I suppose.

Kat - From H2G2 Posted May 9, 2005
*Kat winces slightly and grins weakly*
Yeeesss, let's not get into that too much, all sounds disgusting to me but I'm very proud of how everyone conducted themselves at the time.
Anyway...let's see...your leg...Well how's it been feeling? Have you been able to get around fine on it? Remind me again of what exactly happened.
Oh heck! Wait there a second! I've left my poor men in the Mess! Who knows how much they'll eat if left there forever! One moment...
*She wheels over to the telephone and sends through a call to the Mess, waits until someone picks up the Mess phone and asks for a medic.
"Yeah hi, I'm really sorry about the delay, I'll be there in ten minutes I promise. Just give me time to check major Scandrea's leg and then I PROMISE I will come to the Mess. I don't care if there's an explosion and people's arms fly off...I'll be in the mess, promise"
*She puts down the phone and goes back to the major*
Sorry, you were saying?
