Hi Rich, don't worry, it is the beginning of 'baby brain' > My son and his partner are still suffering and the granddaughter is sixteen months old
and congratulations. He/she will be lucky in the choice of Dad methinks, and the Mum too (definitely)
Keep us posted. I think you are suddenly going to have a lot of new friends on Facebook, especially if this place fades away.

Gnomon - time to move on Posted Jun 7, 2011
On the subject of December birthdays, if it is particularly close to Christmas, you should organise "half-birthdays" on the corresponding date in June and encourage people to give birthday presents then instead of at Christmas.

Vip Posted Jun 7, 2011
That's the plan if baby Vip arrives a little early (currently scheduled for January). With relatives having birthdays on both Christmas Day and Christmas Eve, I would rather have an 'official' birthday were I born around then.
Then, that's easy for me to say, I'm a July birthday.

I'm not really here Posted Jun 7, 2011
Teenacher's half birthday is the day after my birthday, so we did our days out/bouncy castles then as weather was usually reasonable. Didn't bother with presents though, think that's going a bit too far to give YET ANOTHER load of presents that cost a fortune.

> We're not finding out if it's a boy or a girl, no. Not until the day, anyway.
And possibly not even then. (Sorry, I've been immersed in trans*, intersex, and genderqueer reading recently.)
Anyhoo, congratulations!

December kids are best, especially those born near Christmas. I must know.
Congratulations.
Maybe we should ask for a smiley on the noohootoo, there seem to be lots of them around recently.

I sort of knew (fb, I suppose) but here's to the little future family! Mamma, Pappa and Bebis!
Good luck, and don't panic. You will do fine. Plenty of time to panic later...

I remember seeing a pic of baby's room on fb, and thought maybe he or she was here already!
Congratulations Rich!
