The Red Hot Chilli Peppers are playing Hyde Park on 19th and 25th June. So if you want to keep with tradition, the meet could be one of those days. Or perhaps they are best avoided due to the crowds?

It might be worth considering the impact of the Euro2004 Championship, for those of us with a footballing bent... fortunately, nothing particularly unmissable seems to be on the first two Saturdays.
Games on Saturday 12th June:
Portugal v Greece (Porto, 5pm)
Spain v Russia (Faro-Loulé, 7.45pm)
Games on Saturday 19th June:
Latvia v Germany (Porto, 5pm)
Netherlands v Czech Republic (Aveiro, 7.45pm)
Game on Saturday 26th June:
Quarter-Final - Winner Group C v Runner-up Group D (Faro-Loulé, 7.45pm)
I'd expect that to be Italy v either Germany, Holland or the Czech Republic - it definitely can't be England, who are in Group B.
I got the fixtures here:

I missed the Winter meet due to school commitments, and I'm damned if I'm going to let the Summer Meet go the same way. So, the first Saturday that I can *definitely* make ought to be the 10th July, then I ought to be free for them all. There'll be a holiday in there somewhere, but I'll work around this since I will be going away for only one of two weeks - I'll be working!

So nice in these times to encounter someone who can spell 'definitely'... no wonder you've got half the top Universities in the country chasing after you

Definately so.
Now here is a good idea; if I'm ment to be organising the meet, what I should* do is suscribe to the entry I created about it 10 July was also the date mentioned by someone else I believe as one they could definately make it on...

Well, the will be over - the final's on Sunday July 4th. Just in time to appeal to the American market. I expect all English interest to have evaporated well before then...

Can I *please* beg for a late June date- Bruce has most of that month off, but he can't take any weekends off in July

Thankfully I think all weekends are equally bad. However, by July I might not have to sing at the Cathedral on the Sunday morning, enabling me to stay over in Nodnol.
Either is fine for me.

Whilst any date is good for me at the mo, my SO cannot make 10th July as she'll be halfway round the world, so can I put in a plea for an earlier date? Also, I don't give a rat's @rse about futbol.

As mentioned previously, I will be graduating on either the 8th, 9th, or 10th of July, but will be otherwise free for the entirety of June and most of July; so I'd be happier with something other than that weekend, but I don't recommend arranging the whole thing around me, so I guess I'll just have to see how things turn out...

26th is excellent . 12th is inexplicably blank on teh other one's timetable Bob knows what that means. Yellow for days, blue for nights, red for holidays... Blank could be rostered off I suppose, so I'll say both dates sound good...
