I don't remember many of these from my childhood. Perhaps we only had the Sunday serial, which was usually good - mostly Dickens.

There were some excellent dramas I watched with my children though. Does anyone recall 'The Goon' with Roger Lloyd Pack? Other goodies include 'The Box of Delights', the Narnia chronicles, 'The Borrowers', 'The Demon headmaster' & 'the Queen's Nose'.

I remember watching Narnia smiley - brr, though strangely the only thing i can vividly recall is an episode of the Young Ones where they crash through a wardrobe into Narnia whilst being chased by an axe wielding Alexi Sayle! smiley - erm

I also used to watch the Demon Headmaster, mainly because it was filmed round where i lived and i could see my mates wandering around in the background.

Quick question, does anyone remember a BBC (i think) children's drama about an archilogical dig in school playground which turns up an ancient computer/doomsday device called the Behemoth. it was on in the late 80's i think?smiley - erm

Earie Indiana, Earie Indiana, Eerie Indiana. How ever you spelt it it was better than Round The Twist. However, RTT did have a perticularly fine episode where the youngest brother ended up with a water spirit coming out of his wizz. Any one remember that then? Or was that just me?smiley - erm

That was seriously surreal, I couldn't believe the connotations of it!!! They actually got away with it as well.

I'm also extremely glad someone else saw it. It's not just me smiley - ok
