Just thought I'd let those in The Towers know, "No no no!!" just passed the 80,000 mark. smiley - biggrin

Puts us in spitting distance..er..excuse me...lobbing distance of the legendary 100,000 mark.

I was wondering what preparations are there in place for the celebration when this happens?

Front Page Recognition perhaps? smiley - winkeye

I'm still toying with the idea of going back to Guiness and asking about that world record again. (I got a rejection when we tried asking around 50,000.)

How do the Team feel about supporting another world record attempt?

Clive. smiley - smiley

As a conversation that huge could potentially break the site, I'm not sure it's something we should officially recognise...

I don't think it was ever considered. Seeing as most conversations fizzle out after about ten posts, it's not really within the realms of comprehension.

That puts h2g2 on the cutting edge of community forums then I imagine.

Good pitch to put to Auntie when it's time for the budget allocation. smiley - biggrin
