really great meet, and such a shame you couldn't make it expenses for travelling anywhere soon add up though and other factors can quickly ruin the best made plans and all that

The guided walk round Roman Manchester was particularly great, on the Saturday, although even sure footed people might have struggled with some of the route with its additional being sliperry September in London sounds like a bit of a plan to me

My daughter Peewee took lots of photos, but they will probably only be on facebook. Maybe.

Real shame I missed it. Would have been drear to meet you Milla.

The walk would have been a bit much but I'm sure I'd have found something to do.

I'll see if I can manage to organise a Zlondon Meet for those who couldn't make it and who, like me, were having withdrawal symptoms.

I didn't go on the walk, as it would have been too challenging for me by the sounds of it, so you could have held the fort at Kro with me and Pastey!

Never mind, anyway - a London meet sounds good to me! Have railcard, will travel

Was discussing future meets at the weekend actually.

Was thinking that we should have bi-annual international meets, with alternate mini/main meets.

I think we are due for a large London meet, perhaps the next main one? Maybe to coincide with Towel Day next year?

Another London meet sounds good to me... hmm, not least as its about 1 hour 20 minutes from my front room to teh platform at Kings cross - Though it may seem weird, as I'll certianly try avoid the normal '2legs and roymondo' style of my attending London meets, of olde... hmm, I.E., not 6 plus hours drinking before anyone else turns up

I'd try and persuade William to come to London, if there is one, he used to live in London, and work, many many many years ago, but I think in some ways he always saiys he's 'scared' of going back; as he rather likes his memorys of the place, 'as it was'... and ... this many decades on since he was last there, I doubt he'll recognise much of it

Spent the day, today, well, from about 10 AM, until just a bit ago (about 4 PM), with William.... some 'sense' of 'normality' returning... well, what passes for 'normal' round these ere parts anyhow A European meet would be cool... defo take William with me for such a meet, I think .... providing one can find a hotel with a four poster bed... of course... - I'll never settle for anything less norw Trying to piece together some bits of E-mails that I think may have been flying between William and DQ whilst I was in Manc Curiouser and curiouser .. or not, as it may be
