Good news! (For endoftheworld believers): there were actually two earthquakes in NZ on Saturday.
Bad news: this is normal for NZ. One measured 2.5, the other 3.0 (a lorry passing on the road will rattle your house more). Try to be a bit more specific next time, eh?
