I like the types of cheese you have to approach with a peg on your nose. A good well-ripened Camembert that's so ducking runny the cat's eaten it...a piece of Parmigiano Reggiano...and Stilton, with a nice pear (grapes are rubbish). *THAT'S* cheese!
