Hiya guys n gals.

Wonder if any of you lovely peeps could help me out.???.
I am having a party on saturday,only its an adults party/fancy dress,what sort of games could i have???
I am also having a childs party next week,and also need some ideas for this also.

decor...
wot to put on buffet...

Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

For the kids...bobbing for apples.

For the adults...strip bobbing for apples.

For the adults I would of thought spicy food that is differant than the norm, but not too expensive would go down well, clearly we are talking Asian food of some sort.

For adults and kids if we are talking Haloween then perhaps food shaped in relevant shapes somehow, have no idea how yet!

Both adults and kids like games involving passing ballons from person to person without using hands.
Perhaps some sort of posing game for kids, be a super model, soldier, lion, etc.

What about the game where you have to get people to guess the name of a book, film, etc by mime and breaking word into sylables and then acting out sylables?

Good one SS! Spooky Charades! Each one could be a horror film, book, song etc!

As for music, some Rob Zombie, Satyricon and Mortiis should go down well! Maybe add some Relaxed Muscle, Alien Sex Fiend or The Enid's Something Wicked This Way Comes for a bit of variety.

(btw Disney did a film of Ray Bradbury's SWTWC might be good for a wind down for the kids, or even The Nightmare Before Christmas)

Apple bobbing is good for adults n kids alike, also quite traditional. you could bake a fortune cake..which has tokens in it that are alkeged to bring luck/tell your future, get outyour tarot cards or someone ekses etc

buffet idea, you could have pasta as worms, pickled onions with a dot of food colouring as eyeballs etc

you ask people to put on a blind fold then you give them things to feel to guess what they are including half a really soft tomato which you tell them is Nelson's blind eye.

loads of beer order i take away and stick halloween on the dvd!!!!!

On a kids programme earlier they had kids with blindfolds on who had to search through bowls of spaghettie and baked beans to find things...the mess raised a few laughs, I expect you could adapt the game for Halloween.
Searching through jelly might be fun too....
