Er ... no. I think if you turned up at a major incident and shouted "Fear not! I'm the Yellow Micra!" they'd probably just ask you to move it because it's blocking the Ambulance Bay.
Not filling my heart with hope, anyway. And 'The Purple Chopper' is just frightening (Bad Marvel! Naughty Marvel!)
