In true H2G2 style it is quite a simple question which, I feer has no answere.
Can anyone tell me why life sucks and why Love hurts?
I would apreciate your veiws/wizdom.

I had the same problem for years and then, after
much internal dialogue, I got some answers I was
happy with. Now it's much easier.
I found
"The Road Less Travelled" by M. Scott Peck
very helpful, not at all indoctrinating, and
definitely worth a bit of free publicity.

life sucks because, the human race has evolved beyond a dumb amimal, we know there is more to life than, eating, surviving and reproducing, but we don't know what, we're at a point between, knowing there's more to life and not knowing what it is, when we find a real purpose maybe it won't suck
and no pain no gain, you can't be happy until you know what is like no to be
