The Lexicon
Introducing the Band
Wellcome to my space.
I am The Lexicon, also known as The hair.
The dictionary definition of a lexicon is: a word book or dictionary; a vocabulary of terms used in connection with a particular subject. There is no ammusing anecdote about how I aquired this name. I just think that it sounds funky. It's like the eighth member of the gang that never gets a mention in The Matrix.
I am a scientist professionally. I only partially conform to the steriotype, I work all hours of the day, but don't have a bushy beard used to store biros and pieces of food. I work with an organism called Bacillus subtillis, which, some of you may know, is a Gram positive, rod-shaped bacteria.
I spent the early years of my life in Barry, near Cardiff in South Wales. I then moved to Bath to study Biochemistry. Bath is a lovely city, and I was sorry to leave. However I have finaly settled in Newcastle upon Tyne, but Oxford is my spiritual home.
Things that I like
Here are some of the things that I like, convinienty aranged in subcatagories.
