well you know i said i would'ent get drunk...... i failed and ended up in the bottom of the airing cubboard, not since last new years did i end up in there, but this time i was on my own as the dog's thought i was best left to myself as i was being a complete a$$, the washing up bowl was strigicly placed and i even managed to get some in there, woohoo!

anyway what i would like to know , has anyone got a good hangover cure, not for me, but the missus, (shes been a total lush, and she a mother too, ) ATM i am making breakfast for the people here (she has the cheek to say she to ill to get up!) so in a mo i'm taking her up some, i think a nice fry up will do .

A friend of mine swears by this, a greasy fried egg sandwich, so greasy that the bread dissolves

Still mineral water works wonders too, my ex husband swears by it and so do I

No need for so much swearing reefy

Right for fast effective hang over cure for the wife : Bucket of ice cold water over her head and tell her you've been sleeping with that pretty young girl next door (or insert pretty young girl of your choice)

Doesnt stop the head pain though, you just get it instead

What swearing? Still mineral water or greasy fried eggs

A warm thank you to all for the advice, and swearing to, there has been a lot of the swearing in the kitchen this morning, also a heated dissuction over the best way of cooking eggs, i myself have been arguing over the Deilia way and certain others have been in Gordon Ramasey mode, (tch,tch tch! also i have reminded them its my kitichen and i have the big heavy frying pan in my hand) it seemed to work and its all done the Deilia way now!

Gordon Ramsey is THE man, the people who make all the fuss about his bad language have obviously never worked in a kitchen, I've worked with chefs that make him look like a choir boy

But WHO'S kitchen is it...... and WHO has the BIG HEAVY frying pan.......and WHO'S doing the cooking today cus no one else can sit up in their chairs yet alone do the cooking.......

I was once asked by a DJ on local radio if I was anything like Gordon Ramsey, I wanted to say "Me?...Never" but being aware that the people I work with were listening and they know the truth I had to say that I'd had my moments

Brewers yeast works too! I think it's a teaspoon dissolved in warm water...

Dramamine (for motion sickness) and orange juice. It really and truly works.

Really, RJR, I am shocked by this entire episode.
