Try Green Eggs and Ham. Make your scrambled eggs as usual, but add a few strips of ham to the mix and a sponfull of pesto sauce. Best with a lot of black pepper.
I have to admit its not as nice as a perfect plain scrambled egg, but it makes a nice change, and children wont try and steal any off your plate.

If you can't find a spon, just use a spoon.
