As there was a tie between the 1st and the 8th of November, a new vote has been suggested, voting just between these two dates. Apologies for people who wanted to book travel arrangements in advance and keep the cost down.

I'd still prefer the 8th, but at this late stage that doens't look liek it'd change matters, and as far as I know I could probalby do both I think.

in that case i will look forward to meeting you all very much on the 1st of november 
of course i will miss all the friends who can't particpate that day - but i would miss more if another date had been voted for, because then *i* would not have been able to be there
