yes , but they told me to stop adding salt to my food now that is the biggest thing as i liked most food with some salt , but i'm coping well suprising myself along the way , i never thought i could do it . just shows you when you get a fright how you can change your life .
everytime i see junk food now i think of chest pain staying in hospital give myself a mental picture in my mind that helps , its all down to willpower ,my sis inlaw goes to weight watchers she has to pay every week , i say why pay for something one can do for nothing .

Have you tried the Lo salt type salt substitutes? Check with your first though, since some of them use potassium stuff, which can be just as bad as sodium.

Terri amazingleroy may drop bye.
He was asking about spinal cord lesions.
I see he had an MRI scheduled.
I did not want to talk about medical stuff too much on ASK.
He had not gotten a reply there so I left a link here.

Hello all "you lot"!!!!*WAVES frantically*
Especially glad to see abbi, i was getting worried, haven't seen you around for ages.
As most folks know, all are also welcome on my "EYE DUNNO" thread on my journal space, for general chat with everyone; not necessarily myelin challenged (though many are)
Squeak soon!

"By heck" ooh that's a good Northern phrase, Professor Animal would be proud of that!
Wonder how Cleethorpes is coping with him & his mates tonight?

While i'm here, maybe just mention this. I have discovered the joys of the old fashioned back scratcher, you know, long handled wooden jobbie. not only for scratching your back if shoulders are a bit wonky, but also for those irritating times when yu just can't get down low enough, yu can haul stuff out of the backs of cupboards etc...ok, they tumble to the floor, still not easy, but personally easier than trying to crouch down & swivel into awkward places.
