It just the conversation pop-up code, but, just so long as no specific conversation list is specified it will show the conversation of whomever clicks on it, and, is logged in. So, if someone wants to lurk my conversation they have to do it the old fashioned way.

Thanks for explaining the Eusless -thing, I wasn't really sure if it wasn't just jon's usual poor typing, ot what he meant to say with that. After all, there are other poel subscribed to the thread, some of them from other countries, so a post like that misses its point, because it doen't provide the information needed by foreigners.

Quite pleased for the improvement.

Done much over- and under-sleeping in the meantime I'm sure.

I'm doing OK. Getting a fair amount anxiety recently and foolishly didn't bring this up when I saw my consultant the other day. I don't know that it is much of passing thing, I think it will be with me for several months... I've regrets that hurt. But, I think I'm probably heading in the right direction and coming through things.

Are you still down to seeing your consultant only once a month? I guess this means you should really talk about the most pressing and important things then.
I guess we all have regreat that hurt - just how we deal with this is so very different.
It's good to hear you feel like making progress, though

Consultant - each 3 months. Therapist - heading towards once a month. GP. Fortnightly at present though it may be time to stretch that out to once each third week.

I've got to do some active job hunting rather the more passive job search I've been doing. I want to be doing hwat's known as 'supported permitted work' by the end of the year... and there isn't alot of year left. It seem the next step to take to progressing...

You just go on taking one step at the time, everything else would probably just throw you back.
