Can you take us in detail through the steps which led to you losing your former ID? If enough people can remmber exactly what they did and where it seemed to go wrong, we might be able to figure out which part of the process needs fixing.

That's a bit odd since you got as far as generating a validation email (ie it recognised your login at first) and were able to use it. smiley - erm NB digibox users have to forward the email link to themselves in clickable form. Is there any chance you inadvertantly modified/deleted some part of the link (if you did that copying process)?

It should actually work if you just reply to the email without changing anything. Shouldn't need to click anything (as it notes below the URL in the email).

Jimster when I just replied to the email as instructed and put the date on as the bottom it was not recognised and I could not get on. I had to forward the email to myself and a few codes to the link before I my email was recognised and I could get in. The email link is not working for digibox users as I know two other people who had the same problems as me.smiley - smiley
