Just yesterday, a friend called a realtor about a prospective new home. She was encouraged to have her man call back later, while being called 'the little woman'. This is a 56 year old, single Mom of 4 very successful young people. She was not entirely pleased ...

anhaga has said from now on he will always use Canadian English.
And British English....from now on its English English for me

Dunno but British English brings to mind the standard, written form whereas the English variety of English suggests more towards the everyday, spoken variety.
That's not to denigrate but to include Welsh English, Scots English, Nirish Enlish.

Yep.
'English English' would include the informal forms of anybody's versions.
Basically, as more-or-less understood by anyone who uses an English-base. A bit like here (but rather more so).
Mind you, the above is just my interpretation - and I can't see the term being particularly useful as it stands...
