hmm... that would be friggin cool!

I read an interview with Dave Gilmour not so long back in the Daily Telegraph and he said that Pink Floyd were dead. He had no plans of resurrecting them again, since he thought they had done all they could usefully do as a band.

On the other hand, rock stars can be somewhat fickle and he may have changed his mind or someone may have thrown lots of money at him!

When he was asked what he would be doing in the future, he said "learning to play the guitar properly!!"

I think the record companys are willing to pay a lot of money for them to have a concert...

from what i've read/heard, the band members are talking to each other now...

well at least there is a possibility!

There is always a possibility. For example, here in ?Israel there is a band that had broken many years ago and actually MADE a farewell tour (I don't think Pink Floyd did, or am I wrong?)and are now doing a special comeback tour.

I don't think I've got a favourite song, as such - it all depends on my mood.

I like most of the songs off Animals.
Dark Side of the Moon (except "Money" which didn't seem to belong, to me at least) I enjoyed. Favourite off that album - Us and Them.
Didn't care much for the Wall.
I enjoyed Several Small Furry Species of Animal Grooving in a Cave with a Pict (off Ummagumma - I think that's the song title) for some inexplicable reason. The acoustic track with the sound of a stream and birds in the background - Grantchester Meadow? Is that it? That's a favourite (also off Ummagumma).
The Division Bell was a nice album.
Bike by Syd Barrett is enjoyable as well.
