h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

In response to Anna's request we post these in batches I have suggested that we batch them up into individual threads which last either a week or a month. Since we are near the end of Feb, I started this one with a week's worth. It may be easier for Anna too. (Anna - which days would you like the week to run from and to?)

Friday's usually a good day for me for this sort of thing - keep 'em coming

I've moved them back to the entry rather than moving them on to the Flea Market as we'd like to keep the Flea Market as a place to recycle incomplete entries that might, one day, end up in the Edited Guide. In some of them there wasn't much to work with, and it might be difficult to take on one person's vision as your own.
