So what sort of person would someone need to be in order to submit a picture/graphic for the site?

Interesting. I saw the reply before it was moderated, but unfortunately it didn't occur to me it'd be moderated away so I didn't actually make an effort to remember what was said. 
What good is a community website if the community can't contribute important things like graphics?
