As a child I really wanteed to be a popstar, and truly believed I would be, my friend and I wrote a song, made a 'video' and dressed up in binbags, calling ourselves 'The Teabags' I still wonder where we thought we'd get with a name like that!
Our song was ridiculous and I still remember it, it was called 'You broke my dolly (for another girl) and aged 7 I truly believed it was going to be a hit, only problem was we couldn't actually sing so needless to say I never did get my dream job, then again you never know what will happen tommorrow...........

Popstars have a short shelf life these days, unless they're VERY lucky. I guess it can be good while it lasts, but what a come-down afterwards. And even if they're successful they come under a hell of a lot of stress, plus all those hangers-on trying to get a piece of the action, and the pressures to use illegal substances and indulge in other excesses. I think in reality it's not the bed of roses a lot of people think it is.

Do you think if I wore my binbag costume I'd get through the first auditions singing my song ??

I don't even think that i'd get n advert deal, I REALLY can't sing! Then again listening to the stuff some of the teenagers are into at the moment it could be time for me and 'The Teabags' to make a comeback!!!
