Before i found a copy of Life, The Universe and Everything in late 2003 i had Never heard of Douglas Adams or the Hithiker's Series. I randomly stumbled upon it at a library in the city and i thought it was the funniest book ive ever read. I have now read it 3 times as i own a copy i bought for 20 cents in a second hand store which i also found completly at random. i have just finished the fourth book in the trilogy and i am waiting for my local library to order the last one for me. I absolotuley love them!!!
