Whilst your here you couldn't just pop along to http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/alabaster/F97320?thread=232475&post=3152140#p3152140 and sign the petition for my release. Lieutenant Creachy had gone mad and locked me up in teh guardroom. I would be grateful if you could order him to release me. Thanks

One of the italics was interested in this so I drop him a line.

just a small note from a Canadian about the Dieppe raid:
the assault force of 6,100 was made up of roughly 5,000 Canadians, roughly 1,000 British commandos, and exactly 50 Americans. We in Canada haven't forgotten how many of our young men gave up their lives for what their commanders deemed the greater good. I think the few of us that are regular contributors to H2G2 would appreciate if the national contributions to the assault force were made more clear.
(We might also appreciate a mention of the fact that Juno beach was the centre of the British-Canadian joint assault on D-Day and so, the Canadians once again were at the point.)

Is that the way it was yesterday? I was sure I didn't see a breakdown of the Dieppe force. If I was misreading it I'm sorry, and thank you. In any case, I'm glad it's there.

No, the Dieppe raid I changed now but I was talking about the Juno thing?
I hope it's ok now, I would hate to be on the wrong foot with the local Canadians

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!
