Most of the quotes I like are Buffy-related so most of them have no significance except to me, but this one I think sums up this world perfectly
"The hardest thing in the world is to live in it."
I think its true.

Thanks, I knew it was something about england, but not england .
How about this ones form the "Laberynth":
Sarah: That's not fair!
Jareth (David Bowie): You keep saying that. I wonder what your basis for comparison is?
Sarah: Ow! It bit me!
Hoggle: What'd you EXPECT fairies to do?
Sarah: I thought they did nice things, like granting wishes!
Hoggle: Shows what YOU know, don't it?

"Pain doesn't hurt"
Also, some great ones from "Princess Bride":
Vizzini: He didn't fall! Inconceivable!
Inigo Montoya: You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means!
Man in black (Westly): I would sooner destroy a stained glass window then an artist as yourself. However, since I can't have you following me either...
Count Rugen: Come sir, we must get you to your ship.
Wesley (No longer in black mask): We are men of action, lies do not become us.
Max: Look, I'm retired. Besides, why would you want someone the kings stinking son fired. I might kill whoever you want to make the miracle.
Inigo: He's already dead.
Max: He is, eh? I'll have a look. Bring him in.

Of my own making:
UGLY AMERICANS
AHM
True we have no culture.
We make waste of the Queen tongue.
But We've backed England's Play since WW1, to nowaday's we make our plays to fight for right the things we say. Heavy is the head with crown for after all it will fall to ground. For Europe is the chosen one next in line it's time has come to take the lead. And all that comes with.
