:::In the corner of the Revolutionary Council HQ (a small shack in the grounds of HooToo House) a teleprinter starts whirring:::
*An image gradually emerges of sea, charred to a blackened crisp, lying in a starburst-shaped burn on the ground. She is wrapped in a towel with a CHOPPERS Revolutionary logo on it. Several grinning Superheroes can be seen grinning*
